Responsibilities

• Define a detailed Project Scope and facilitate Team Roster and personnel selection.
• Integrate, develop and execute Product/Process Transfer goals of the receiving/sending plants.
• Develop the project timeline and deliverables documents for each transfer phase.
• Develop Project Team long‑and short‑term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines of the transfer project.
• Lead the transfer team meetings and maintain accurate minutes and follow up action items.
• Keep proper team communication and team time management.
• Coordinate and lead the cross‑functional efforts to successfully address the following: Materials Supply Planning, Quality Plans, Transfer and Development of Device Master Records, Develop Lean Manufacturing for new process/product transfers & Product Costing and savings analysis and justification.
