Project Manager – Residential Projects

We are urgently seeking Projects Managers with high volume residential experience for one of the South's leading housebuilders. Based in Kent and with an excellent land bank and live projects throughout the south‑east, this builder of premier homes is looking to recruit additional Project Managers to its growing team. Sites are typically 300 – 400 units.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all site activity, design, health and safety, quality and commercial elements of the project.

Requirements

• Recent relevant experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
