- Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary.
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
