Lead the successful delivery of projects across HFHL’s Concrete, Aggregates, and Property businesses. This is a wide-ranging role spanning project pricing, logistics and plant planning, and property project management (new builds, alterations, and maintenance) from a client/principal perspective. You’ll operate with full autonomy, reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted line to Business Managers.
Price projects for concrete and aggregates to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Plan logistics and plant utilisation to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to specification.
Manage property projects (new builds, alterations, maintenance) end-to-end from the client/principal viewpoint.
Drive continuous improvement, quality, and compliance across operations.
Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
