IT Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and support our product at existing clients.
This role involves managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage implementation and customization projects for product
Define project timelines and deliverables
Produce planning and kick-off related deliverables and status reports for projects
Allocate project resources and manage time and cost budgets
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed in coordination with client PMO
Maintain client communication and manage expectations
Support product updates and communication to clients
