The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, client satisfaction, and effective coordination between office and site teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Manage residential turnkey projects from project initiation to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.

Team Management

• Lead and manage both office and site teams involved in project execution..
