POSITION: Project Manager (multiple positions available)

WORKSITE: New Terminal One, JFK Building 111, Jamaica, NY 11430

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $142,750/yr. 

The position of Project Manager will be responsible for working across disciplines to ensure departments' assigned tasks are on time and within budget. Review all architectural package drawings and specifications and provide comments about compliance with DBA and NTO requirements in collaboration with Design Department. Review Procurement riders for architectural and building trade bid packages (e.g. Ornamental Metals, Terrazzo, Signage, Masonry, Exterior Carpentry, Stonework and Tiles, Hollow Metals and Doors, Carpet and Flooring, etc.) and ensure compliance with the RPW design requirements and specifications in collaboration with Design and Construction Departments prior to issuance to market.
