Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of moves, adds and changes (MAC) and small works projects across the corporate real estate portfolio of a leading international banking client in MENA. Own end‑to‑end churn and minor project delivery from demand intake and scoping through planning, vendor mobilisation, execution and close‑out within a regulated banking environment, meeting JLL PMO governance standards and the client’s security, compliance and operational requirements.

• Manage the full MAC lifecycle across the MENA portfolio: demand intake, scoping, migration planning, stakeholder sign‑off, move execution and post‑move review.
