Role description

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong consultancy experience delivering projects for Local Government clients to join our Local Government team. You will manage service delivery and lead a range of housing development and regeneration projects across London and the South‑East.

You will be responsible for managing project teams delivering regeneration, housing, mixed‑use, and new settlement schemes for local authority clients. Experience working within a consultancy environment—specifically for local authorities—is essential.

Our current portfolio includes several housing‑led mixed‑use regeneration projects ranging from 100 to 350 units and construction values of £40m to £385m.
