            Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of ITSM projects from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. 
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and buy‑in. 
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. 
Facilitate cross‑functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem‑solving to overcome project hurdles. 
Oversee the implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. 
Qualifications Experience in implementation of ITSM and ITIL frameworks. 
Experience in implementation of tools – Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITMS tools. 
Deep understanding of Incident Life Cycle Management, Problem Management, Project...
