Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement project, program, and product structures for new product development activities, including communication, timelines, resources, budgets, and progress tracking.
Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies, resources, and budgets to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure quality execution through robust planning, risk management, critical path analysis, scenario planning, and budget oversight.
Manage project lifecycle activities including milestone reviews, capacity planning, and overall project governance.
Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies and support teams in adopting best practices.
