Qualifications and Experience

:Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, contract administration, or a similar environment Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Police records check, satisfactory to the Board Legally eligible to work in Canada Assets:Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent certification Experience in public sector and/or educational facilities environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously Working knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements, and construction practices Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills, including report writing and engagement with partners and internal/external collaboratorsExperience supporting accessibility compliance and barrier-free design, inc...
