We’re looking for a Project Manager Director to join our Financial Crime team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to lead the end‑to‑end implementation and onboarding of Financial Crime (FC) systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, drive adherence to regulatory requirements, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Additionally, you will leverage your strong project management expertise and deep understanding of financial institution systems to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of FC initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Establish and manage end-to-end project governance, planning, and execution—from initiation to closure—ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget. <...
