Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of luxury custom home construction from preconstruction planning through final walkthrough and client handoff
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, procurement, and site activities to keep work on track
• Track job costs, manage project budgets, and maintain P&L reporting using QuickBooks
