About the Role Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500

We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to own and optimize our entire project management system, ensuring every campaign, deliverable, and client initiative moves forward with precision, accountability, and speed.

This is not a generic PM role. You will be the operational backbone of the agency, building and maintaining the systems that keep a fast-moving, multi-client marketing team aligned across time zones, service lines, and shifting priorities. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating high-level client goals into structured workflows that the team can deliver against consistently.
