A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager/Contract Manager to join a Construction Contractor initially on a site in Portishead and then to move between the two sites, the other being in Wincanton. The work will involve upgrading internal structures and refurbishing the Care Homes and will require an experienced Project Manager or Contract Manager who is friendly, can communicate well with the contractors and client and make sure the sites meet deadlines and move in the right direction. The value of the projects are up to 2 million and there will be a Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor and contractors on site. Experience in healthcare or education would be advantageous.
