Project Manager (ACMV) Salary: $6000 - $9000
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Alternate Sat)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Job Scope - Manage ACMV / HVAC projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project schedule, manpower, budget, and site progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Supervise ACMV installation works, including VRV, VRF, and CHWP systems
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare project reports and update management on progress
Requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of ACMV / HVAC project experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance
