Must have Abu Dhabi Practising Engineering Card issued by the Municipality with Minimum of 10 Years Experience  
Must have relevant experience in Construction of Commercial Towers preferably with the Basements.  
Strong Experience in the Execution of Projects with minimum supervision. 
Good Communication Skills in Dealing with Clients & Consultants 
Good Knowledge of Project Scheduling by Using Primavera P6 
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving 
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities. 
Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
