Lead ICT workstreams as a trusted advisor for major corporate office relocation and renovation projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, cost, quality, and risk across ICT scope
• Define ICT requirements and develop high-level design and master planning
• Integrate ICT requirements into architectural and MEP design and review drawings
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while optimizing overall ICT systems
• Support client IT decision-making and reporting (including global stakeholders)
• Manage local and international stakeholders
