This role supports a Program Management Office (PMO) by providing administrative coordination, maintaining accurate project records, and enabling clear communication across internal, external, and corporate stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.



Required Skills





  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a project management, business, or executive support role




  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines




  • Excellent organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
