Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously by defining the execution strategy (scope, resources, schedule, costs, risks, quality). Plan activities, coordinate the work of involved resources, manage budgets/expenses and act as an interface between stakeholders. Contribute to the development of the industrial strategy and manufacturing plan for the two A220 FALs (Mirabel and Mobile).
