JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for project supervision, designing, estimating, quantity surveying, submitting project proposals, quality control/assurance, and/or business development functions.



Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Supervision

1.1. Conducts pre-mobilization coordination meeting to ensure proper planning and preparation of all requirements for the newly assigned project;

1.2. Prepares and submits a project Gantt chart which provides detailed activities and timetable to implement and complete the project based on client’s requirements;

1.3. Prepares material plan which shall be the basis of purchase requisition and manpower plan which shall be the basis of manpower requisition; coordinates with Purchasing and HR regarding delivery of materials and deployment of manpower;
