This role is critical in ensuring the financial viability, planning, and performance of projects from inception through execution. Project Financial Analyst and Pricing

• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Develop complex financial models to evaluate project profitability and financial feasibility. Conduct detailed analysis using key metrics such as Project IRR, Equity IRR, payback period, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive cash flow projections and financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects. Continuously monitor financial performance and update forecasts based on project progress and cost developments.
