Responsibilities
. Assist in managing assignedinterior fit-out projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. . Coordinate project workflowbetween clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internalproject/site teams. . Coordinate with nominatedvendors, MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and building management for projectexecution and site coordination. . Review drawings, siteconditions, and project requirements prior to commencement of works. . Coordinate and ensure siteworks are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications,quality standards, and safety requirements. . Prepare and monitor projectschedules, work progress, manpower arrangements, and material deliveries. . Supervise and coordinatesubcontractors to ensure works are completed according to schedule and projectrequirements. . Liaise with building managementand consultants for approvals, inspections, work permits, and project-relatedcoordination matters. . Apply for Permit to Work (...
