Responsibilities

Job Summary: Responsible for managing multiple, mid-size concurrent projects while leveraging current engineering processes. May also serve in any role on assigned large capital projects. You may be based at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Manages all aspects of engineering projects from feasibility through start-up for new equipment, processes, procedures, systems, including scoping, financial assessment, project handoff / support

Develops, manages, leads implementation of one or more capital projects (scope, timing, cost); focuses on process improvements, innovation, new processing lines, production facilities, and productivity / capacity improvements

Develops project charters; ensures project objectives, scope, rationale, and success criteria are adequately defined, documented, and approved in writing by key stakeholders prior to commencement of work and budget expe...
