Responsibilities

+ Manage both Tenant Improvement (TI) and Base-Build projects ranging from $500k to $5 million.

+ Oversee projects in various sectors including retail, restaurant strip centers, assisted living, and childcare.

+ Create project schedules and budgets.

+ Select and manage subcontractors.

+ Assist in the estimating process for larger projects.

+ Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the team and run progress meetings.
