Waycon Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage projects from initial quotation through design and manufacture. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects meet customer requirements, schedule, and quality expectations in a custom machining and fabrication environment.

Skills

Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and production teams.

Experience with machining (horizontal and vertical milling, turning), welding, fabrication, jigs, and fixturing.

Knowledge with machining fits, material properties and selection, and heat treatment processes.
