This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects meet customer requirements, schedule, and quality expectations in a custom machining and fabrication environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and production teams.
• Experience with machining (horizontal and vertical milling, turning), welding, fabrication, jigs, and fixturing.
• Knowledge with machining fits, material properties and selection, and heat treatment processes.
