Responsibilities / Tasks
Design & Engineering: Define, calculate, and design mechanical and process systems for cutting-edge production lines.
Technical Documentation: Prepare equipment specifications, procurement documents, project reports, and technical manuals.
Process Calculations: Perform calculations for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipeline sizing, utilities, and instrumentation selection.
3D Design & Layout Supervision: Oversee design models, preassemblies, and installation layouts to ensure precision and efficiency.
Procurement & Tendering: Generate equipment purchase tenders and installation material lists.
On-Site Supervision & Commissioning: Lead assembly, ensure quality control, and support commissioning teams for successful project delivery.
Safety & Compliance: Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and company standards.
