Project Engineer (BMS)

Location: Kent - site-based (with local office attendance as required)

This role is responsible for managing Building Management System (BMS) projects from design through to commissioning and handover, keeping delivery safe, on programme, and commercially on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects end-to‑to: design, procurement, install support, commissioning and handover
• Own project documentation: technical submittals, progress updates, commissioning reports and O&M manuals
• Produce control system deliverables (panel drawings, valve schedules, DDC strategy, graphics detail)
• Coordinate electricians and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant installation and commissioning
