Role Purpose Produce a complete, accurate, biddable, and buildable set of plans for all the structures in a project, performed with the least possible manpower expenditures.
Key Accountabilities - Monitor sub-contracts after assessing the Trade Contractors’ capability to provide a quantity product as described under sub-contractor selection criteria.
- Responsible for the direct execution of the works in strict compliance with the contract specifications and requirements.
- Supervise the quality inspections and testing required by the quality procedures and supervise the procedures for inspection and testing materials.
