Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify site surveying and setting out for accuracy
• Assist in preparation and execution of the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Ensure technical drawings sketches and shop drawings are delivered to site engineers accurately
• Oversee project mobilisation and closeout efforts efficiently
• Attend weekly progress meetings (internal and client-side); assist in preparing Minutes of Meeting
• Monitor ongoing site work and provide weekly status reports
• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and planning teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate logistics for material procurement shipment and delivery
• Implement and monitor project inventory control systems
• Support in client payment valuations and other financial documentation
