Responsibilities

• Communicate with learning facilitators to ensure the delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.
• Support the administration of online learning activities, such as online forum discussion, self‑paced learning activities and post‑workshop learning evaluations.
• Operate online learning workshops efficiently to ensure the overall delivery platform technicality are functioning based on workshops' requirement.
• Support the team in tracking the active level of participation from the participants.
• Coordinate with learning facilitators team, clients and printing vendors to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.
