Position Summary: The NBA Latin America team seeks a Fan Engagement and Operations Project Employee who will play a key role in deepening the NBA’s relationship with fans across Latin America. This position is responsible for leading fan engagement initiatives that connect the league’s digital, live, and branded experiences—driving innovation, participation, and monetization opportunities throughout the fan journey. Developing a loyalty or membership‑style program will be a key responsibility of this position.
