Project Director
Location: UK-West Midlands-Birmingham
Reporting to the Regional Director/BU MD, the Project Director will help tender and win schemes in excess of £100m. Generally involved from tender stage, as the project lead, liaising with the Estimating team to secure the project. Thereafter with the approval of the Regional Director / Regional MD, will prepare the PEP and build the project team in preparation for the contract commencement. The Project Director will be responsible for managing the Company’s business interests, risk & delivery strategy on the contract to guide the project to Commercial success.

Lead the Tender Team consisting of Estimator, CM, QS, other appropriate staff and external consultants as necessary
