Key Job Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones for electrical installations or upgrades. Coordinate schedules for labor, materials, subcontractors, and site activities to avoid delays.
  • Resource and Material Coordination Track and coordinate resources, including ordering/procuring electrical materials, equipment, and tools. Manage deliveries to site, monitor inventory, and ensure availability when needed.
  • Documentation and Administrative Support Prepare, organize, and manage project documentation such as submittals, RFIs (requests for information), change orders, service work orders, contracts, correspondence, permits, as-built drawings, and closeout packages. Maintain comprehensive records for compliance and audits.
