Overview
The Project Coordinator supports marketing and communications initiatives by managing the development and delivery of collateral materials and projects from concept through final distribution. This role works with internal stakeholders, content and creative teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate the end-to-end development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, reports, presentations, and other collateral
+ Manage project intake, gather requirements, and define key details such as audience, messaging, timelines, and distribution
+ Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously across all stages including content development, design, editing, approvals, production, and distribution
