EcoChill South is part of the EcoChill Group, a nationally recognised leader in natural refrigeration in the commercial refrigeration industry. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across our commercial project portfolio.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and engineering teams, contributing to the successful delivery of technically complex projects. Ideally, you will be Christchurch-based and available full time, however some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

As Project Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with company systems and processes. You will be the backbone of project administration, ensuring nothing is missed and processes are consistently followed.
