Position : Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)
Location : Lor Bakar Batu / Company Site
Working hours : 0900hrs to 1800hrs (Monday - Friday) 0900hrs to 1300hrs (Saturday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities
Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and cost tracking
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design, procurement, and site operations, to ensure efficient project execution
Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders
Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on site
Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner
