JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator: II

LOCATION: San Diego, CA (Onsite; 6 AM - 2 PM)

DURATION: 1 year

PAY RANGE: $30 - $39/hr.



Description:

  • Level II: 2 5 Years of Experience

  • Provides project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.

  • Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations.

  • Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.




Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety-first experience and culture
