Job Title: Project Coordinator (Construction Industry)

Pay range: $45,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in all phases of commercial projects, including estimating, preconstruction, execution, and close-out phases.
* Assist in preparation and management of project documentation such as submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), billing, change orders, and transmittals.
* Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
* Support the Project Manager in tracking project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses, to maintain budget adherence.
* Assist in implementing quality assurance and control measures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring work meets established standards.
