            Responsibilities  Develop, interpret, and implement policies, objectives, and standards applicable to scope, cost, schedule control, and analysis activities. 
Interface with management and project teams for project planning and controls presentations. 
Develop and present scope, cost, and schedule reports and presentations for key project stakeholders. 
Review project work activities to ensure alignment with project milestones. 
Develop micro‑phasing schedules, as required, to coordinate particularly challenging work phases and facilitate completion among various parties. 
Review project control systems to identify and flag variances on a weekly basis, including manpower, equipment, planning, and revenue variances. 
Control and track project planning estimates in coordination with the Engineering and Tendering Departments for submission to Management.
