Position Title: Project Connect Coordinator
Reports to: Prevention Services Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Position Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of the programs and services offered through Project Connect which includes monthly LGBTQ health and wellness workshops, a youth mentorship for empowerment program, and best practice trainings to health and human service providers on medically underserved populations.
The major duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

Education

+ Develop a year-long health and wellness workshop curriculum that helps priority populations build important skills around healthy relationships and self-care as well as receive information about safe spaces and services in the community;
