Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This position will help coordinate project activity for a public awareness initiative, keeping schedules organized and documentation accurate. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling administrative project tasks, and ensuring timelines stay on track throughout the assignment.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities and help keep key milestones on schedule.

• Maintain and update master schedules to support smooth execution of project work.

• Organize, scan, and file project documents so records remain accurate and accessible.

• Assist with tracking progress across active workstreams and communicate timing updates as needed.

• Provide administrative support to project leadership to help manage priorities and deliverables.
