We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our dynamic Projects team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations by providing key administrative support across multiple functions.
As part of a small, fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Installation Engineers, including booking accommodation and maintaining regular communication
* Managing and processing Installation Certificates
* Coordinating hire equipment logistics
* Acting as the first point of contact for the Projects Team, handling phone enquiries professionally
* Raising purchase orders for Engineers
* Assisting with other general office administration as required
