Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Assist project controller on preparation of supporting document invoicing
Assist project managers in tracking project activities. Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Excellent communication both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
