Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple construction project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and documentation is properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and site teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Track project submissions, approvals, and deadlines.
- Assist with procurement documentation, purchase orders, and subcontractor records.
- Prepare and update project reports, trackers, and records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
