Summary This Program Specialist position is in the Veterans Benefit Administration Lincoln Regional Office, Fiduciary Hub. The employee serves as the quality review and training coordinator for the division. Responsible for analyzing data associated with national program reviews, work in progress reviews (IPRs), and statistical and technical accuracy (STAR) reviews. Also conducts local quality assurance (QA) and training. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Responsible for the propriety and technical sufficiency of the Fiduciary Hub's workload activities. Serves as a technical expert for the division's workload processing through conducting reviews and mentoring and training employees.
