**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Program Scheduler/Planner** to support the NGCM Program within the Kinetic Division on AV’s IAMD portfolio. The Program Scheduler/Planner will develop, maintain, analyze, and report integrated master schedules (IMS) in support of program execution, contract deliverables, and customer reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting government contracts, applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles, and coordinating cross-functional program schedules in a fast-paced defense environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the NGCM program using industry-standard scheduling tools.
