Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Forecasting & Ordering capacity needed for NPI programs
• Analyze and report cycle-over-cycle demand changes for Cloud Mass Market,
• Enterprise, and Infrastructure demand. Provide key customer level insights across these

categories for relevant stakeholders. Build and improve reporting sources and

dashboards based on analysis.

• Conduct demand & supply management hygiene (including attenuation & judgment),

strategize on a roadmap to mitigate hygiene risks, and implement necessary solutions

to drive forecast accuracy.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to update critical customer demands.
• Support key demand workstreams, including process and system improvements.
• Manage and track demand related program milestones, timeline, and overall

deliverables.
